Q&A's: Are Deposits Refundable? •Deposits are non-refundable but they are credited towards the service amount. Can you get waxed on your period? •Yes! Your period does not affect the waxing process. If you opt for waxing during your period, we provide feminine hygiene products at the studio. To minimize discomfort during your cycle, we suggest taking a pain reliever 30 minutes before your appointment. What should I do before my wax appointment? •Exfoliate and moisturize your skin 24 hours before your appointment to help remove dead skin and prevent dryness. I am pregnant, can I still get waxed? •Waxing is generally safe for pregnant women. Increased hormone levels may cause heightened sensitivity.
